Thrive Rehab provides one-to-one outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy services to patients in their home or a location of your choice including adult daycare centers, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, and more. Our mobile therapy team brings care directly to you. Therapy sessions are typically one hour and scheduled at your convenience.
